Still discovering all the food chains around here, and there are many besides Chick Fil-A and Waffle House.
What better day than today to check out Jimmy John’s when the subs were going for a $1? I decided to go early to beat the crowd, only to find a line out of the store at 11:45 a.m. However it looked worse than it really was; it took less than 10 minutes to get my sub.
Verdict?
It was good. I got the Gino, which is the Italian sub and everything was fresh, fresher than what you would ever get at Blimpie’s or Subways and doesn’t have that permeating cheese stink in the store.
Another competing sub place to check out in Atlanta that I never saw in the Northeast: Firehouse Subs; a sub franchise started by Firemen and provides about 20+ different hot sauces to accompany your sub. Another post on that later.
